Meet Hattie Rogers, Our Campaign Operations Manager!

Our resident ray of sunshine Hattie Rogers brings dedication, optimism, and a can-do attitude (and of course, a smile!) to every project she works on at The Brand Marquee

“I love being able to work in such a varied, sociable environment,” explains Hattie. “It’s fantastic to work directly with clients, tell their stories and strengthen their brands.”

Since joining us as a Junior Marketing Executive in May 2020, she has become a cherished team member. She was quickly promoted to Digital Content Manager in late 2020 and then Campaign Operations Manager in April 2022. 

As her colleague Rose notes, “Hattie cares about how we feel as a team and is always there to lift us up!”

No matter the challenge, she rises to the occasion. Building a 1000 page website from scratch is one notable moment of her career so far. She says: “I am probably most proud of project managing and the implementation of this multilingual and global website for a leading and well-respected industry body!”

Ask any of her colleagues, and they’ll say Hattie has a way of brightening the world around her. With her enthusiasm and empathy, she is a valued advisor to clients, always willing to go the extra mile – and bringing a dash of creativity and a sprinkle of inspiration to everything she does. 

Creativity – especially – is one of her innate talents and she has a fantastic flair for the arts. 

“I’ve achieved an Acting degree from Royal Birmingham Conservatoire.” Hattie shares, “And I’m also very musical. I sing, play the piano and the ukulele!”

So, if ever you’re down a person for a karaoke event, give her a call – and a G&T for good measure (her favourite!) – and she’ll be there!

As well as being a talented performer, she is a gifted writer – and we don’t solely mean blog and social media posts! If you type in Hattie’s name on Amazon, you’ll find a beautiful book of poetry she wrote a little over two years ago.

A real team player, her commitment to helping the people around her continues outside the office. She explains: “In October 2022, I’m running a half marathon to raise money for the Motor Neurone Disease Association, a charity very close to my heart because we lost my godfather to this disease when I was little.”

Looking to the next year, Hattie is excited to continue growing and developing at The Brand Marquee. With her love of acting forever close to her heart, you may see her in a few plays soon too!
